Some sessions may be recorded to support your learning review and enable us to continuously improve our instruction. You will receive advance notice before any recording occurs. All recordings are securely encrypted and accessible only to you and your instructor. You may request to opt out of recordings at any time.

• We recommend booking sessions at least 24 hours in advance to ensure optimal preparation
• A consistent study schedule accelerates your learning progress and maximizes results
• Purchased class packages are reserved for the enrolled student and are non-transferable
• Special promotional packages may include specific conditions—these will be clearly communicated
• Your class distribution schedule must be finalized before your first session begins
• To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 3 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session
• Cancellations with insufficient notice will result in the class being deducted from your package
• If your instructor must cancel with short notice, a complimentary make-up session will be provided
• Technical difficulties beyond our control do not result in class deductions
To maintain learning momentum and ensure consistent progress, class packages have designated validity periods:
Unused classes that exceed the validity period may be forfeited. We recommend maintaining regular sessions to maximize your investment.
• Refund requests are honored within 7 days of your initial payment
• Discounted or promotional packages are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Approved refund requests are processed within 30 days and returned to your original payment method
• Classes already attended or consumed from your package cannot be refunded
